DeAfghanan Cuisine has served authentic halal Afghan food on Fremont Boulevard for over 30 years, tracing back to the original De Afghanan Kabob House opened by Aziz Omar and his family in 1993. Known for its succulent grilled kabobs, the menu also features Qabili Palow (lamb with basmati rice), bolani, and mantu dumplings. The restaurant sits in Fremont's Little Kabul district, home to the largest Afghan-American community in the United States.
